Your role will involve operating cutting-edge embroidery machines to create custom designs on our workwear and safety products. Located in our modern facility in Glendenning, NSW, this full-time position offers a unique opportunity for growth and development.

**Responsibilities:**

- Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce custom designs on various garments and accessories. Training on relevant software like Wilcom can be provided.
- Setup machines, load materials, and ensure consistent quality throughout production.
- Conduct minor maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement new designs as per specifications.
- Keep accurate production records and report on output.
- Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in embroidery machine operation or a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in textile manufacturing or production are a plus.
