We are seeking an experienced spare parts interpreter to join our friendly team located in Slacks Creek QLD 4127
We are a proud Queensland business with over years of experience in the automotive parts industry.
For all customers old and new we strive to deliver great service and great prices on a huge range of products for all your vehicles.
Job Type: Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities -
This parts interpreter's role can sometimes include deliveries.
Identifying Parts: Use manuals and databases to identify the correct parts.
Inventory Management: Maintain and replenish parts inventory.
Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries and orders.
Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers for parts procurement.
Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on products and technology.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of inventory and orders.
Quality Control: Inspect parts for defects.
Sales: Promote and upsell products
Desired skills-
Strong automotive general knowledge
Great customer service skills
The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Attention to detail
Computer literacy including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Be a motivated individual with the ability to learn new tasks efficiently
Positive verbal communication skills
Can prioritize any given workload
Systems training will be provided.
The applicant will come with a strong automotive parts knowledge base, ideally with previous interpreting experience in the automotive or equivalent industry.

Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays in the office
1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
Slacks Creek, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
High School (Year 12) (Preferred)
Experience:
Parts Interpreter: 2 years (Required)
Work Authorisation:
Australia (Required)
