Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team and other
departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Assist in office procurement and manage office supplies inventory.
Ensure smooth running of office operations and assist in process improvements.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Friendly and professional demeanor, with a proactive attitude.
