About Us
We are a Japanese restaurant located in Mortlake, and are currently seeking passionate and skilled Hot Food chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Responsibilities
Hot Food Chef
* Prepare entree, rice, and udon.
You are also required to:
* Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements.
* Manage food inventory and kitchen equipment, ensuring everything is optimally stocked and maintained.
* Conduct kitchen operations in a timely manner to deliver food to guests without delay.
Requirements:
* Must have RSA
* Excellent knife skills for meat cutting
* Previous experience as a hot food chef(preferred)
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
Shift
* Hot food: Friday to Saturday, 8-hour shift with breaks
Pay: from $25 AUD
Job Types: Part-time

Expected hours: 16hrs per week

Supplementary Pay: Bonus
Ability to commute/relocate: Mortlake, NSW 2137: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience: Kitchen: 1 year (Required)
Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)
Work Location: In person
