Our team is looking for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to provide support to our Office Manager and wider business.
As an essential member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
• Office Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, managing stationery orders, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining general office organisation.
• Reception Management: Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome, and managing deliveries and mail.
• Diary Management: Manage schedules by coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Database & Filing System Maintenance: Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and online filing system, ensuring all information is accurate and organised.
• Event Coordination: Organise staff and client events, ensuring they run smoothly and align with company goals and culture.
ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
• Administrative Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role, providing support and managing various administrative tasks.
• Organisational Skills: Strong ability to organise, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks efficiently, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Professional Demeanour: A friendly, approachable attitude with a professional presence, both in person and in communication.
• Discretion and Reliability: A high level of professional discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Resourcefulness and Responsibility: Proactive in taking on responsibilities and finding solutions, with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and precision in all aspects of the work.
• Communication Skills: High standard of written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand and manage your own emotions and those of others, fostering positive workplace relationships.
• NSW Driver’s Licence: A current NSW Driver’s Licence is required for this role.
