We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Manager/Property Manager to oversee and manage multiple residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest standards, and provide excellent customer service to tenants and owners. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, negotiating contracts, budgeting, and coordinating with contractors.

Responsibilities（工作职责）：

• Oversee daily property operations, including maintenance, tenant communication, and leasing.
• Develop and manage property budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure that all building systems, safety protocols, and regulations are adhered to.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and oversee repairs, renovations, and general upkeep of properties.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and property owners.

Requirements（职位要求）：

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, leasing, and building regulations in Australia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• 物业管理、工商管理或相关领域的本科学位。
• 5年以上物业管理经验，其中至少2年担任管理职务。
• 熟悉澳大利亚的物业法律、租赁和建筑法规。

Preferred Qualifications（优先条件）：

• Experience with both residential and commercial property management.
• Professional certification in property management (e.g., CPM, AAPI).
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is highly desirable.

• 具备物业管理专业认证（如CPM、AAPI）。
• 精通英语和中文者优先。
