工作介绍

Part time Education consultant/Reception

Location: Bondi Junction/Burwood/Chatswood

> Responsibilities

• Student recruitment and course consultation;
• Administration and reception duties including: daily office maintenance, stock management, filing, taking incoming phone calls, and tasks assigned in supporting administration manager;
• Courses management: including scheduling and coordinating class for students and tutors, tutoring fee collection, etc;
• Liaison with the students, parents and tutors;
• Data follow-up and marketing supporting tasks, developing customer’s need

> To become an successful candidate, you are expected to:

• have excellent English & Chinese literacy and communication skills,
• have a solid MS Office knowledge,
• be hard working, organised, self-motivated and display good interpersonal skills
• be able to work at least 3 days per week, one day must be on Saturday or Sunday.
