About the role:

We have a great opportunity for a Leading hand to join our team in Sydney.



A Leading hand will also focus on key activities, which include:

Builder Labourer management.
Assisting foreman to supervise and coordinate activities with trades according to safety and quality requirements.
Providing practical solutions to daily on-site challenges and obstacles.
Overseeing materials, machinery, and equipment management.
Handling major or minor practical site activities.




Who you are?

Regardless of whether you're an experienced Leading hand or someone new to the field who has just discovered an interest, we extend a warm welcome to all!

Experience and proficiency in tool usage.
Skilled labour experience.
2+ years of experience in residential building construction in Australia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of health and safety.
A valid driver’s license.
WHS white card.
Additional qualifications that would be a bonus include:

Trade or workman experience in construction.
Operator experience.
Ownership of Personal Tools.
Ownership of a ute.
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese.
