Key Job Responsibilities

As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing high volumes of transactions and reviewing credit applications
- Collecting and processing payments, including handling receipts and credit notes
- Maintaining accurate customer accounts and efficiently resolving any queries
- Monitoring customer payment terms and identifying potential risks
- Preparing weekly and monthly financial reports
- Managing and maintaining our company's online platform
- Updating our social media channels
- Assisting with other accounting tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 12 months of local experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an advantage)
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Your own transportation, as it is required due to our location
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A can-do attitude, which is essential for success
