- Good communication skill
- Responsible and reliable
- Can do attitude
- Intermediate Excel skill
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Have some experience of customer service and debt collection is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts receivable
- Customer service including answering calls and emails
- Reporting and analysis
- Office support
- Ad Hoc
