Key responsibilities:
Office Management:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations across multiple businesses, providing a strong foundation for effective coordination.
Maintain the high standards of our office environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Oversee bookings for the CoLab meeting space and manage other tenants as needed.
Handle inquiries, leads, and customer service duties with diligence and care.
Ensure all office equipment and facilities are in good working order, coordinating maintenance as needed.
Administrative Support:
Provide reliable diary management support for the Managing Director and key team members, ensuring they stay organised and on track.
Manage phone calls for senior team members, serving as a trusted point of contact.
Assist in managing inquiries and leads, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support the smooth running of the office.
Team Support:
Support the Managing Director and other key team members as required, fostering a collaborative environment.
Contribute to the overall well-being and morale of the team, promoting a positive and supportive workplace.
Assist in maintaining a tidy and organised workspace, contributing to a sense of order and reliability.
Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure clear communication of goals and responsibilities.
Be a dependable point of contact for team members, providing support and assistance as needed.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, promoting a safe and secure work environment.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain data privacy standards.
