What you'll be doing:
• Involved in projects from concept through to completion
• Working alongside the Architect and Designers on design work
• Preparing development application and documentation
• Liaising with consultants, contractors & clients
Skills and experience of the Designer:
• Completed qualifications in Architecture or Building Design
• Excellent ArchiCAD skills as well as excellent technical documentation and detailing ability
• Experience in 3D rendering preferred but not essential
• Good knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
