  Co-ordinating with Site Team and Sub-Contractors. Monitoring, noting issues, relaying instructions
·   Administrative tasks
·   Document control
·   Planning and preparing material for onsite usage
·   Project Monitoring
·   Flagging RFIs
·   Highly organised and strong in multi-tasking
·   Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English is highly preferred
·   Managing and coordinating subcontractors with key consultants to ensure scope of works is fully delivered
·   Ensure Safety Compliance to WInrock Construction and SafeWork NSW Guidelines
·   Ensure AS Compliance to Winrock Construction and NCC and BCA Guidelines
