Creative 9 is a collaboration of talents delivering innovative interiors, with focus in Retail and Hospitality projects. We are currently expanding and looking for talents to join our team in CBD Sydney NSW. Starting as an administrative role, the Management team is willing to mentor the right candidate in design, quoting and potentially detailing whilst they are learning valuable project management and organisation skills by managing the day-to-day activities of the office.

Responsibilities:
- General Office Administration Tasks
- Client Fee Proposals and Invoicing
- Assisting with Orders & Purchasing.
- Prepare and Coordinate Development Application and Building Certification.
- Coordinate with clients, landlord, certifiers, consultants, suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
- Account administration including payroll, general ledger, and account receivables.
- Job Scheduling, Progress management and Assisting with Project Management/Organisation.
- Company (financial/design) performance summary.
- Assisting and report to Directors, Senior Designer and Office Manager.
Attributes:
- Sound knowledge of Outlook, Word & Excel; as well as preferred skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
- Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills, with excellent attention to details.
- Has interest in Interior Design and Project Management.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese.
- Work independently, able to multi-task and is a problem solver.
This position is perfect for a graduate in Accounting or Project Management with respect and interest in the Design and Construction industry.
