DELUXE FASHION INTERNTIONAL PTY LTD, A leading Fashion clothing Manufacturer and Importer is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Operations Manager to join its’ dynamic team.
Principal accountabilities will include:
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations; ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards
• Inventory management; guarantee accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
• Strategic setting up of layout, to ensure efficient space utilisation and to maximise outcomes
• Leading and motivating the team; providing guidance, training and performance management
• Implementing and improving warehouse processes; optimising productivity and minimising errors
• Coordinating clients and transport companies to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely deliveries
• Client and supplier meetings, as required
• Labour planning; including work rosters to ensure productivity targets are achieved
• Comprehensive reporting; including the provision of statistics and management of KPIs
• Equipment management.
• Maintaining workplace health and safety
• Adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring legislative requirements are met at all times
• Making innovative recommendations with a view to continuous improvement

To be considered for this role, you should have:
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations or a similar role
will be advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel.
