Our company is a successful Australian manufacturer with multiple businesses awards. We specialise in manufacturing Health Supplements (complementary medicines and supplementary food) and Skin Care products.

The primary objective of this position is to source and acquire essential finished goods product supplies within Homart Wellness. Regularly monitor trends in order to create accurate forecasts for each product, product line and service, coordinate with key players all along the supply chain. Design strategies to ensure constant inventory availability within budget constraints. The primary focus will be to ensure that the company can meet customer demand effectively by aligning inventory levels with sales targets, identifying deficits and mismatches between stock and anticipated demand is a key aspect of the role. And maintaining Inventory Status Management and Item Master Administration, playing a critical role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

 Bachelor Degree in Business / Supply chain, or related fields.
 Proven track record in demand planning or forecasting role
preferably with proven experience in Skin Care / Natural Healthcare industry, with a minimum of three years’ experience
 Understanding of pharmacy and grocery supplier business process and operations.
 Strong communication capabilities with a history of successfully engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
 Track record of fostering a culture of continuous innovation and adaptability to competing deadlines and project assignments.
 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to utilise data and analytics to create reporting that supports informed, data-driven decisions.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
