Position title: EIC Academy Operation Manager
Daily roles and responsibilities include:
• Achieving sales target with suitable study/tutoring plan for students.
• Leading sales team to convert the potential enquires/customers.
• Responsible for tutoring sessions arrangements.
• Responsible for the effective operation of the Course Centre, monitoring the quality of the
course and managing the expectation of the customers.
• Leading and supporting actively all the relevant promotions.
• Responsible for tutors' recruitment and management.
Qualifications, Competencies, and experience required:
• Previous experience in building and leading a training and tutoring business or
delivering significant growth in an established training and tutoring business;
• Strong networking, relationship building and business development skills, including
defining a sales strategy and leading a sale team;
• Well-developed leadership skills to be able to manage the team to ensure KPIs are met
at the individual and team level.
• Strong interpersonal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
skills.
• Highly efficient and attention to detail
• High level of problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good at time-managing and multi-tasking
• 485/491/190 visa holders, P.R or Citizen
