As a first-year student at UNSW, I will be going home from December to February and thought of renting out my room for two months to recover some costs. Just to clarify, I have received the landlord's permission, so I am not an unethical landlord.

You won't have to spend time and effort ordering takeout anymore! Additionally, there are various Chinese supermarkets, Asian supermarkets, and foreign supermarkets in the area!
9. Just a couple of street crossings away, you will find Commonwealth Bank, making it convenient for banking needs.
