珀斯53区房价中位数破百万大关,这一区新上榜,房价上涨4.1%!(图)
在过去一年经历了12次加息之后,西澳Burns Beach房价中位数突破100万澳元,新晋为“百万澳元俱乐部”的一员。
Corelogic关于房价中位数在100万澳元以上地区的年度报告显示,在所分析的290个地区中,西澳有53个地区超过了这一门槛。
珀斯以北34公里的海滨郊区Burns Beach今年首次进入榜单,房价中位数为103.3万澳元,而Shelley则是唯一一个跌出榜单的地区,房价中位数为99.8万澳元。
Corelogic经济学家Kaytlin Ezzy说:“由于拥有优越的海滨位置、海洋公园以及受到家庭的青睐,Burns Beach的房价在一年内上涨了4.1%,进入了百万澳元榜单。”

根据研究,Marmion的房价在过去一年中涨幅最大,上涨了约5%,房价中位数为138.2万澳元。Iluka的涨幅也相当可观,上涨了3.4%,房价中位数为112万澳元。
西澳州的整体榜单表现强劲,特别是与悉尼相比,在过去一年中,悉尼有62个地区跌出“百万澳元俱乐部”,而布里斯班有41个地区跌出“百万澳元俱乐部”。
然而,西澳有许多地区的房价下跌了,尽管并未低于100万澳元。
这包括Floreat, Inglewood, Leederville, Mount Claremont, Mount Hawthorn, Mount Lawley, Nedlands, North Perth, Shenton Park, Subiaco, Swanbourne, Wembley和West Leederville。
