EXPERIENCED DIE CUT MACHINE OPERATOR

You would be responsible for the performance of machine set up, make-ready, maintenance and operation of die cut equipment to accurately produce product to customer specifications.
The successful applicant needs to manage the die cutting section and able to resolve/troubleshoot any issues if they arise relating to the die cutting process.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: （必备职务职能）
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of die cutting processes and equipment（对切纸工艺和设备的深入知识和理解）
• Read job tickets to determine setup specifications and instructions (阅读工作通知单，然后确定产品规格和说明)
• Observe and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and to determine whether adjustments are needed （观察和监控机器运转，确定当机器出现故障时做出正确的调整）
• Follow all standard operating procedures relevant to the job, position and department （遵循全部与相关工作，职位和部门的生产标准化流程）
• Performs routine adjustments during the press run and maintain production throughout the run （在印刷机生产和维护时执行例行调整及保持生产）
• Performs all assigned work effectively and on time （按时有效地完成所有指派任务）
• Follow instructions accurately （准确遵守生产说明）
• Maintain records of daily production, using specified forms （用特定表格记录日常生产记录）
• Record production information such as amount of time spent on specific tasks （记录生产信息，例如在某个任务上花费的时间）
• Keeps work area neat and clean （保持工作环境的整洁）
• Train workers to set up, operate and use machines （培训其他员工设置，运作和使用机器）
• Schedule and carry out Daily/weekly/monthly maintenance （计划和执行每日/每周/每月的维护）
• Coordinate efforts as part of the team to provide assistance to all co-workers as needed to maximize production efficiencies （为了生产效率最大化，需要协调各方以及给予所有同事必要的协助）
• Follow established department policies, procedures, work instructions and safety and environmental guidelines （遵循已成立的部门的规章，工序，工作指导，生产安全和环境保护的各项规定）
• Performs other job duties as assigned （如被指派，需要执行其他工作）
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed (day & afternoon shift) （如果需要，必须有意愿加班，早班和晚班）

We are seeking a trainee for an award-winning Display Manufacturer based in Chullora.

• Some warehouse experience （一点仓库管理经验）
• Valid work safe forklift license would be beneficial （如果有有效的叉车驾照再好不过了）
• Flexible with working hours when required (day or afternoon shift) （对工作时间灵活，早班和晚班）
• Own transport would be an advantage （有自己的车的话更好）
