Requirements

The ability to speak fluent Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is essential.

English proficiency is highly regarded (speaking, reading, writing).

Previous Sales or Travel Industry experience is preferred.

Knowledge of using GDS is preferred (training can be provided).

Hard working and motivated.

Willing to learn new things and take on challenges.

Outgoing friendly personality.


Your Role

Arranging flights, insurance and accommodation

Talking to customers face to face

Using a booking system to secure holidays

Collecting and processing payments

Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports

Answering many phone calls and sending emails on a daily basis

Keeping clients up to date with any changes

Dealing with complaints or refunds


Please note: If you do not have any experience or never worked for a Travel Agency, you would need to undergo training. Depending on how fast you learn, training may take from 1 week up to 2 weeks. If you're willing to learn new things, and can take on challenges, this job is right for you!
