We are headquartered in Sydney with four other branches across 4 states (WA, VIC, QLD, SA). Our main business to distribute a range of products from Panels to electrical components for our customers in residential and commercial sector.

Your key accountabilities include the following areas:
We are looking for a person who can handle documentation for STC claims (govt rebate) for solar installation and do the following:
Apply STC rebate credit Memo; send receipts to clients and ensure that all paperwork is processed in an accurate and timely manner.
Follow up outstanding STC documentation by contacting clients/sales team for overdue cases;
Upload paperwork & serials for various cases in system;
Communicate with top STC clients to build relationships;
Update STC master file for newly submitted, recreated, pending & approved cases;
Process STC related enquiries (emails & phone calls);
Update price list and generate reports and STC reconciliations.
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
At least a local or overseas Bachelor Degree;
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
Demonstrated ability to deal with all types of customers and provide high-quality customer service;
High level of attention to details;
Have the ability to learn new skills quickly;
A great multi-tasker and team player.
Professional phone manner, great customer focus and independent problem-solving skills;
Proficient Microsoft Office Skills;
Solar admin experience will be a big advantage.
