-Brand new furnished apartment in 420 Pitt Street, 2 min to Central station\ Coles\ Event cinema\, Light railway \ bus stops\Restaurants and Coffees are right downstairs. 5 min to UTS & TAFE, 15 min to USYD, 10 min to Darling Harbour

-The place is huge and has an amazing view. All furniture and appliances are selected Australia made and band new. There is a massive light living room with a nice Italy Leather Corner Sofa with its trendy modern looks and outstanding comfort.

- A semi open kitchen with a gas stove and a fridge and freezer\coffee machine\ wash machine etc. The balcony has an amazing view and a nice terrace set hanging egg and lovely plants

- Rent $550/w (2 weeks in advance) with 4 weeks bond.

- Parking available with an extra $70/w, secured underneath the apartment building.

- Rent does not include bills, quarterly bills will be split 50/50 when received.(estimated $50/w for Gas, Water, TVpad and Internet.) Or jus payt $600/w including bills

- Sorry no short term stay available.
